Maryland Ensemble Theatre (MET) is proud to present the modern American masterpiece, American Buffalo, by Pulitzer Prize winning playwright, David Mamet. A hilarious, banter-fueled heist comedy and a heartbreaking portrait of criminal desperation, American Buffalo revolves around three men in a Chicago junk shop as they plan a heist of a rare coin collection.

JERSEY BOYS will take their moves from the stage to the runway in an interactive fashion show event to benefit HELP of Southern Nevada on Sunday, October 2 on the runway at Fashion Show. The event will consist of a clothing drive, fashion show, prize raffle and exclusive meet and greet with JERSEY BOYS cast members. Emceed by KLAS-TV news anchor Dayna Roselli, the event kicks off at 2:00 p.m. with a retro-inspired fashion show followed by the meet and greet with cast members. The afternoon with JERSEY BOYS will conclude at 4:00 p.m. with a raffle of exciting prizes. Clothing drive donations will be accepted beginning at noon.

This fall, Seattle Opera presents Carmen, Bizet's fiery tale of passion and jealousy, for seven performances, opening October 15 and running through October 29.

Jersey Boys, the Tony Award winning Broadway musical based on The Four Seasons, is already making a big splash here in Omaha. With press night being only the third night of performances in Omaha, I was more than a little surprised to find that some audience members were already seeing Jersey Boys for the second time in three days. Some were even talking about their plans to see it again for a third and fourth time in the following weeks. After having the opportunity to see the national touring production of Jersey Boys Friday night, it's clear to me why audiences are drawn to this show, time and time again.

The producers of JERSEY BOYS, the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning smash hit musical, are pleased to announce that Andy Karl and Quinn VanAntwerp will join the Broadway company on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Karl (Legally Blonde, Wicked) will step in the role of Tommy Devito following the departure of Dominic Nolfi on September 25th. Direct from the national tour of JERSEY BOYS, VanAntwerp will step in the role of Bob Gaudio following the departure of Ryan Jesse on October 9. Erik Bates will play the role of Tommy DeVito for performances September 27 through October 9.
