Robert Adelman Hancock and Megan McGinnis will reprise the roles of Jervis Pendleton and Jerusha Abbott in John Caird's production of Daddy Long Legs, the second production at London's newest theatre complex, the St. James Theatre. According to the Daily Mail, Imelda Staunton will play Mama Rose in the Chichester Festival production of Gypsy, directed by Jonathan Kent, next fall in 2013. The show has not been seen on the West End for more than 30 years.

41N 50W is the last known position of the Titanic before she sank at 2.20am on 15th April 1912 during her maiden voyage from Southampton to New York. 41N 50W is a unique new play written by Robert Neal Marshall, adapted from over 1,100 pages of the original 1912 Senate Hearings. Readings of the play will be presented at the St. James Studio Theatre on 4 and 5 October 2012.

Steep Theatre Company's Twelfth Season will begin tonight, October 4th, with their production of Robert Holman's Making Noise Quietly. Mr. Holman's body of work has served as an inspiration to many of today's most exciting playwrights, including Steep favorites Simon Stephens (Harper Regan, Pornography) and David Eldridge (Festen, Under the Blue Sky). Steep brings Mr. Holman's seminal work, Making Noise Quietly, to the Chicago stage for the first time in 23 years. Erica Weiss, Associate Artistic Director of Route 66 Theatre Company and director of their 2011 hit Twist of Water, will be making her Steep directing debut.

TheatreWorks, the nationally acclaimed theatre of Silicon Valley, presents the regional premiere of 33 VARIATIONS, a play by Moises Kaufman (The Laramie Project) with live music. Spanning two centuries, this Tony- nominated drama follows a brilliant musicologist as she races against time to solve one of Beethoven's greatest mysteries. 33 VARIATIONS will be helmed by Founding Artistic Director Robert Kelley and plays tonight, October 3 - 28, 2012 (press opening October 6) at TheatreWorks at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. From 12 November 2012 Killian Donnelly will join the cast of Billy Elliot the Musical to play Billy's brother Tony. He will perform alongside Gillian Bevan (Mrs. Wilkinson), Deka Walmsley (Dad), Ann Emery (Grandma), Sean Kearns (George), Kay Milbourne (Dead Mum), Simon Ray Harvey (Mr. Braithwaite), Barnaby Meredith (Older Billy) and new ensemble members Matthew Dale, David Muscat, Nic Greenshields, Ruri James and Spencer Stafford who join Craig Armstrong, David Bardsley, Paul Basleigh, Dawn Buckland, James Butcher, Spencer Cartwright, Lucinda Collins, Gillian Elisa, Helen French, Sergio Giacomelli, Ian Gareth Jones, Connor McAllister, Steve Paget, Steph Parry and Mike Scott.

Tickets for MATILDA THE MUSICAL on Broadway go on sale to the general public today, October 1 at 9 AM at www.telecharge.com. It will open on April 11, 2013; previews begin on March 4 at The Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street). It is produced by The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) and The Dodgers.

MATILDA THE MUSICAL will be holding an open call for the role of Matilda in New York City today, September 30th at Pearl Studios (519 Eighth Avenue, 12th Floor, between 35th and 36th streets). Check-in begins at 10:00 AM in Studio C on a first come / first serve basis. Auditions will begin at 11:00 AM.
