Second Stage Theatre has announced new performance and opening night dates for its acclaimed Second Stage Theatre Uptown Festival this summer.

On Friday night, March 30th, Terrence McNally (and his partner Tom Kirdahy) introduced Second Stage Theatre to his newest play, Some Men and host some special guests - Marian Seldes, Nathan Lane and Marin Mazzie, among others - at a pre-performance supper at Etcetera, Etcetera

Due to popular demand, Second Stage Theatre has extended its production of Terrence McNally's Some Men, directed by Trip Cullman. Some Men, which opened on March 26 and was originally scheduled to close on April 15, will play an additional week of performances and will now close on April 22

Repertory Theatre, under the leadership of Artistic Director James Bundy and Managing Director Victoria Nolan, will present three re-imagined classics, a rediscovered play from the mid-twentieth century, and a world premiere during its 42nd season in 2007-2008.

Mueller, adapted for this production by Mark Lamos and Drew Lichtenberg, and directed by Mark Lamos, from March 30 through April 21. (Press night is Thursday, April 5 at 8 p.m.).
