A look back at some of the most exciting curtain calls of 2009!

In conjunction with the Philadelphia Premiere of Pulitzer Prize finalist 'Becky Shaw', The Wilma Theater will present an afternoon of conversation with playwright Gina Gionfriddo.  The talk with the Obie Award-winning American playwright and TV producer and writer of "Law & Order" will follow the Sunday, January 10, 2 p.m. matinee performance and will begin at 4:15 p.m.

People Talk receives world premiere by the Drama Desk Award-winning The Barrow Group on December 15 and 16 at 8:00pm.

Theatre Works records Crumbs from the Table of Joy, a sly coming-of-age comedy by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Lynn Nottage.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater continues its 15th anniversary season with the world premiere of Post No Bills, a Tex-Mex play with music by Mando Alvarado. Directed by Michael Ray Escamilla, performances begin Thursday, November 11th, 2009. Opening night is Thursday, November 19th at 7pm. The show is scheduled to run through Sunday, December 13th, 2009.

In January, South Africa's master dramatist comes back to Berkeley Repertory Theatre with his latest show: Coming Home.

Conceived, written, and performed by Ms. Smith and directed by Leonard Foglia, LET ME DOWN EASY opened on Wednesday, October 7 and was originally scheduled to run through November 8.

Columbia Records and Twentieth Century Fox Television today released select songs on iTunes featured in this week's episode of GLEE, including cast versions of Van Halen's 'Jump,' Lily Allen's 'Smile' and Charlie Chaplin's 'Smile.'
