American Heartland Theatre in Crown Center has announced its 2011-2012 Season, celebrating the theatre's 25th season of productions. To commemorate AHT's silver anniversary, they have proudly continued the tradition of providing variety in live theatre by showcasing three Kansas City Premiere musicals, two World Premiere plays and one classic theatrical masterpiece.

Nikolai Gogol's The Government Inspector will be the third presentation of the Inaugural Series of EARTh (Equity Actors' Readers' Theatre). Featuring some of the finest professional actors in the Greater Kansas City area, this concert-style stage reading will be presented on Monday, February 21, at 7:30PM in the Music & Art Building on the campus of St. Teresa's Academy/KCYA.

American Heartland Theatre opens its 2010-2011 season with a Kansas City Premiere comedy by prolific Canadian playwright, Norm Foster. THE LOVE LIST is a hilarious play that examines the quest for perfection and the search for love, running September 10 - October 24.
