For the eighth installment of the Duct Tape and A Dream festival, Roots and Wings Theatrical will showcase six dynamic projects divided between two programs running in repertory today, May 6, through May 10, 2015. The festival consists of a 'Duct Tape' Program and a 'Dream' Program and encompasses engaging and imaginative works which include everything from dance & movement, comedy & drama, devised work, and musical cabaret. The programs will play in rotation at Theatre 54 at 244 West 54th Street, 12th Floor, New York, New York 10019 for five days with 29 artists sharing the stage.

For the seventh installment of the Duct Tape and A Dream Festival, Roots and Wings Theatrical will showcase six dynamic projects divided between two programs running in repertory May 14-18, 2014. The festival consists of a "Duct Tape" Program and a "Dream" Program. Each program has something to offer for all audiences. The festival is truly eclectic with plays written by emerging artists exploring a variety of subjects such as linguistics, death in the family, things you may have learned in your 20s, and modern adaptations of classics (see: Crutchfield's Pe[t]er Gynt inspired by Ibsen's Peer Gynt). The programs will play in rotation at Theatre 54 at 244 West 54th Street, 12th Floor, New York, New York 10019 for five days with 42 artists sharing the stage.

Nylon Fusion Collective gets into the Halloween spirit with The Round's On Us, a collection of one-act works offering up intense drama and laughs about the frightening, the freaky and the just plain fun at the Gene Frankel Theatre, located at 24 Bond Street. Performed in two separate sets, the one-acts will showcased at 7pm and 9pm on October 29th and 30th.

"This Round's On Us" - After the Fool... is the second fundraising event of the year to support Nylon Fusion Theatre Company's 6th Season. The festival will feature plays by new and notable playwrights, including Kristina Poe, a longtime member of LAByrinth Theater Company, James Harmon Brown, best known for his work on All My Children, and Jack Karp, a member of Nylon Fusion and winner of the David Mamet Playwriting Competition, whose recent play Incendiary Agents, presented at The New Ohio, performed to sold-out houses.

Over a period of several weeks, an astonishing number of musical productions are presented on vest pocket stages throughout New York City. As is often the case with harbors, there is a confluence of talent feeding into it. against the backdrop of the presidential inaugurations of Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, Miss Hope's will be open for business starting tonight, May 23rd at the Sargent Theatre at the American Theatre of Actors, located at 314 West 54th Street. Miss Hope's is directed by David Triacca, and written by Jack Karp, Alisha Silver and
Joseph Samuel Wright of the Nylon Fusion Writers Collective.
