VACNJ Art Center Receives Grant From Summit Area Public Foundation

The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey was recently awarded a $20,000 Arts and Culture grant from the Summit Area Public Foundation (SAPF), a community foundation that makes grants to tax-exempt organizations that fund programs in Summit, New Jersey, and nearby communities. The grant awarded to the Art Center was made to fund several programs with the goal of providing high-quality visual arts enrichment to residents of Summit, regardless of income level, age, or any other limitations. TDF Launches Program To Provide Veterans With Free Admissions to Broadway Shows

TDF, the not-for-profit service organization dedicated to bringing the power of the performing arts to everyone has partnered with City Council member Eric Ulrich, Chair of the Committee on Veterans to launch a new pilot program, TDF Veterans Theatregoing Program, which will provide admission, at no cost, to New York City's former servicemen and women of all ages who have served in any branch of the armed forces.
