The Ruth Page Center for the Arts, 1016 N. Dearborn St., announces that The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater's Matthew Rushing will teach an Advanced Ballet Master Class as part of Ruth Page's 2014 Guest Artist Master Class Series tonight, March 4 from 6 - 7:30 p.m., to be held in Ruth Page's own facilities.
The Ruth Page Center for the Arts is offering free dance and fitness classes for children and adults at their next Open House on Sunday, March 9 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Held in the Ruth Page Center for the Arts, 1016 N. Dearborn St., beginner classes will be offered for children in Pre-Dance (ages 3-6), Acrobatics and Hip Hop (ages 7+), and beginner adult classes in Pilates, Salsa, Afro Cuban, Contemporary Modern, Jazz and Ballet, with more classes to be released on the Ruth Page website.

Launched in March 2008 with prior venue the Ruth Page Center for the Arts, Dance Chance has encouraged dialogue between artists and audiences, and prompted the creation of more than 100 original works in diverse forms and techniques.
