Drama Book Shop Welcomes Back Dame Harriet Walter for Discussion on Her New Book

The Drama Book Shop is pleased to welcome back Dame Harriet Walter for a discussion about her new book, Brutus and Other Heroines: Playing Shakespeare's Roles for Women, on Monday, February 6th at 5:00PM. Walter will sit down with theatre critic and historian David Finkel for an intimate conversation about tackling some of the Bard's greatest roles, and her latest theatrical adventure at St. Ann's Warehouse. The event is free to the public and will be followed by a signing. Copies of the new title, published by Nick Hern Books, will be available for purchase ($26.95).

Adrian Scarborough, Gawn Grainger, and More Join David Tennant For DON JUAN IN SOHO

Joining the previously announced David Tennant who plays the title role, Adrian Scarborough as Stan and Gawn Grainger as Louis are Theo Barklem-Biggs (Pete), Mark Ebulue (Aloysius), Mark Extance (ensemble), David Jonsson (Col), Dominique Moore (Lottie), Emma Naomi (ensemble), Alice Orr-Ewing (Mattie and Ruby), Himesh Patel (Vagabond), Adrian Richards (ensemble), William Spray (ensemble), Danielle Vitalis (Elvira) and Eleanor Wyld (Dalia) who complete the cast for Patrick Marber's Don Juan in Soho.

Performances Begin Tonight for JONAH AND OTTO at Theatre Row

JONAH AND OTTO, by celebrated UK playwright Robert Holman, begins performances tonight (Wednesday) with the official opening set for next Wednesday, February 8th at The Lion Theatre at Theatre Row, 410 West 42 Street. Under the direction of Geraldine Hughes, JONAH AND OTTO stars Sean Gormley and Rupert Simonian.

Cameron Mackintosh and Jeffrey Seller are thrilled and delighted to announce the initial casting for their West End production of HAMILTON. Christine Allado (Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds), Rachelle Ann Go (Eliza Hamilton), Tarinn Callender (Hercules Mulligan/James Madison), Rachel John (Angelica Schuyler), Jason Pennycooke (Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson), Cleve September (John Laurens/Philip Hamilton), Giles Terera (Aaron Burr) and Obioma Ugoala (George Washington) will open the London production later this year, with further casting to be announced at a later date.
