The New School for Drama presents the second annual New Visions Drama Directing Festival, featuring three full-length plays spanning eras and styles, performed in repertory. The festival, which runs from December 8 through December 11, highlights the work of graduating MFA directing and acting students. All performances are free and open to the public.
CARRIE is back, according to an Equity casting notice that was just released a few moments ago. A 29-Hour reading is scheduled for February. Exact dates will be determined based on actor's schedules once cast. The notice specifically calls for submission for the roles of Carrie and Sue Snell. Auditions will take place in mid-December.

The production features actors Tracee Chimo, David Duchovny, John Earl Jelks and Amanda Peet, under the direction of Jo Bonney. An official opening night is set for this Monday, November 22, 2010.
