In one of the biggest coups in Colorado Theater history, Vintage Theatre grabbed the rights to one of the most sought after Broadway shows - AVENUE Q!

While the Harry Potter fan community is preparing for the big premiere of the final big screen installment on July 15, former Billy Elliot's Tessa Netting (HP super fan) has created an amazing Potter parody of Broadway's THE BOOK OF MORMON. The Tony Award winning musical, Avenue Q, will welcome two new leads to the cast, the production has announced today. On July 9 Adam Kantor (who made his Broadway debut as Mark Cohen in the closing cast of RENT on Broadway) will join AVENUE Q in the roles of Princeton and Rod. On July 20, Veronica J. Kuehn (last seen on Broadway in MAMMA MIA) will assume the roles of Kate Monster and Lucy the Slut.

Horizon Theatre Company is pleased to announce its 27th season of contemporary theatre. Horizon's 2011 season features four Regional Premieres and the revival of an audience favorite. Horizon's intimate 175 seat theatre can be found in Atlanta's funky Little Five Points business and arts district.

The Original Broadway Cast Recording for THE BOOK OF MORMON is #3 on Billboard's Top 200 albums this week, in figures released by the publication today. THE BOOK OF MORMON is the first Broadway cast recording to break into Billboard's Top 10 since the release of the Original Broadway Cast Recording of Hair in 1969, passing the positions of other top-selling cast recordings over the years, such as Dreamgirls, which reached #11 in 1982 and Rent, which reached #19 in 1996. Already the biggest selling digital release of a cast recording of all time, THE BOOK OF MORMON's cast recording is #1 on the digital release chart this week, selling more albums than such artists as Adele and All Time Low.
