Hallmark Channel Acquires Rights to 1990's Comedy HOME IMPROVEMENT

Hallmark Channel, the nation's leading destination for quality programming, announces the network has acquired the rights to the popular 1990s sitcom, HOME IMPROVEMENT, from Disney-ABC Domestic Television.

On LAST MAN STANDING's upcoming episode, titled 'The Fight,' Mike is surprisingly impressed with Ryan when they take Boyd to a baseball game and have a run-in with a tipsy Bill McKendree (Richard Karn), who's been on a downward spiral ever since Mike failed to give him an Outdoor Man account. Meanwhile, when Mandy gets her laptop and cell phone taken away for failing history, she comes across Mike's old ham radio and starts some unlikely conversations with people from around the world, on FRIDAY, MARCH 15 (8:00-8:31 p.m., ET) on ABC.

On April 25, the TV Land Awards featured a special tribute to GLEE, which was the recipient of the 'Future Classic Award'. The performance of 'Don't Stop Believin' included a cast of TV Land favorites and was lead by David Hasselhoff and Marilou Henner.

Celebrities from television, film and music all came out tonight for the unforgettable taping of the eighth annual 'TV Land Awards' premiering on Sunday, April 25 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Appearances included Billy Crystal, Jay Leno, Betty White, Paula Abdul, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick, Bob Newhart, Ryan O'Neal and more. Honorees included the cast of 'Everybody Loves Raymond' (Impact Award), Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner (Legend Award), the cast of 'Bosom Buddies' including Tom Hanks (Anniversary Award), cast members from 'Glee' (Future Classic Award), 'Charlie's Angels' (Pop Culture Award), 'The Love Boat' (Fan Favorite Award) and legendary punk rock band Blondie (Icon Award.) The show was taped on Saturday, April 17th and was hosted by Tim Allen on the historic Stage 15 on the Sony Lot in Culver City.
