That Physics Show, recipient of the 2016 Drama Desk Award for 'Unique Theatrical Experience,' written and performed by lifetime physics demonstrator David Maiullo, celebrated its 100th performance yesterday, Sunday, July 24th. After enjoying its World Premiere engagement earlier this spring at the Playroom Theater, A CLASS ACT, the inaugural and relevant new play by attorney and playwright Norman Shabel, will now hold court at New World Stages - Stage 5 (340 West 50th Street - between 8th & 9th Avenues) for a summer run. Last night's first off-Broadway preview of CAGNEY was quite special, as two member of James Cagney's family were in attendance. Sitting in the front row were Cagney's great niece Patricia Cagney Mack and her daughter Kelly Mack, visiting from California. Mrs. Mack's grandfather was Dr. Harry Cagney, older brother of James. Following the performance they visited with the cast onstage to tell them how much they enjoyed the show and how honored they were to be there. Scroll down for photos!
