Mary-Arrchie Theatre Co. will present the Midwest Premiere of CHERRYWOOD: THE MODERN COMPARABLE by Kirk Lynn at Angel Island, 735 W. Sheridan. It will open Thursday, June 24th, 2010 at 8 p.m. and run Thursday through Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 7 p.m. Tickets are $18 on Thursday and Sunday, $20 on Friday, and $22 on Saturday. There will be no performance on July 4th and the Sunday July 25th performance will be at 3 p.m. There will be previews on Tuesday and Wednesday June 22nd and 23rd at 8 p.m. Tickets for previews are $5. We will close on Sunday, August 8th, 2010 at 7 p.m. There is parking available in the Mobil Gas Station across from the theater at a fee determined by Mobil Gas. We are pleased to announce our 24th Season of edgy, exciting, and risk-taking theatre. Our 2009-2010 season is teeming with new works, we are proud to bring you THREE Midwest Premieres, each uniquely compelling pieces of theater that reflect the decisions we face and the pursuit of what it means to live fully in the 21st Century! Mary-Arrchie Theatre Co. has been wrapping up its last 22 seasons by inviting any and all theater groups and performing individuals into its performing space at Angel Island, 735 W. Sheridan to celebrate the anniversary of the Woodstock Music and Art Fair of 1969. Abbie Hoffman Died For Our Sins was inspired by the need to do something to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Woodstock. Now it is the 40th Anniversary and there is an even louder outcry for celebration. This is the 21st annual Abbie Hoffman Died For Our Sins.
