Stage and screen star Linus Roache is set to guest star on the September 21 season premiere of NBC's ‘ Law & Order: SVU,' according to TVGuide.com. Roache will play District Attorney Michael Cutter, a role which he has played on ‘Law & Order' for three seasons.

Night Shift, Scarface, Man on the Moon, Species II, Get on the Bus, Girl 6, A Very Brady Sequel, North, The Bonfire of the Vanities and The Big Picture. Belzer starred in his own HBO comedy special, Another Lone Nut and in the six-part Showtime series The Richard Belzer Show. He also hosted When Cars Attack, Hot Properties, and Crime Stories.
