Commonwealth Shakespeare Company and Founding Artistic Director Steven Maler announced the cast of the second production of its 2018-19 Season: Birdy, adapted by Naomi Wallace from the novel by William Wharton, and directed by Steven Maler. 1776 is a show that appreciates in value and import when viewed in the context of its time. No hizo parte de mi historia, pero se que fue una de las formas de entretenimiento mas importantes para las generaciones anteriores a la mia. Llegue sin saber que esperar, aunque el reconocido equipo de trabajo me daba buenas esperanzas. Ademas, nunca habia ido al Teatro Colon; siento que fue el lugar perfecto para traer de vuelta algo de otros tiempos. Entrar al teatro es como devolverse en el tiempo. Los tapetes rojos, las pinturas en el techo y los detalles de oro evocan la nostalgia y riqueza de los teatros antiguos, que fueron casa para las grandes presentaciones de epocas pasadas.
