Renée Fleming Says She May Be Leaving Opera Behind in Three Years

In a latest interview, opera star Renee Fleming says that she 'may stop singing in 3 years.' Now 55 years old, Fleming says, 'I'm really happy with my opera life – 54 roles was a lot to learn and perform and so I think I may leave well enough alone. I have another three years of various new productions and so I'm not stopping yet – let's not put the cart before the horse, but I'm thinking down the road.”

Paul Appleby (tenor) and Andrew Garland (baritone) will be joining Julia Bullock (soprano) and pianist, Steven Blier for the afternoon featuring French and American repertories.
