Star of KILLER TOMATOES STRIKE BACK to Make Appearance at Movie Screening on 6/29

"When Good Vegetables Go Bad" is the tag line for the third movie in a series of four films on killer tomatoes. The 1991 horror-comedy "B" movie "Killer Tomatoes Strike Back" is scheduled to be screened at the Ware Center, on Sunday, June 29that 7 PM. A special feature of the showing is the film's star Crystal Carson will be in attendance to do a Q&A and meet and greet audience members at a Virgin Bloody Mary Cocktail Reception after the film.

Zoë Bell, the international action icon discovered by Quentin Tarantino, will appear at Museum of the Moving Image with a preview screening of her new film Raze, on Tuesday, January 7, 2014. In this exciting and relentlessly hyperviolent action film directed by Josh Waller, she stars as a woman forced to do battle with other innocents for the amusement of unseen spectators. Leading in to this special screening and appearance, the Museum will also present a retrospective of her work—chronicling her transformation from stuntwoman to star—in the films Whip It, Death Proof, and Kill Bill: Vol. 1 and Kill Bill: Vol. 2 on January 4 and 5. TNT's exclusive NBA telecast featuring the New York Knicks and Carmelo Anthony against the Chicago Bulls and Derrick Rose - Thursday, Oct. 31, at 8 p.m. ET - continued the network's strong opening week performance, netting an average of 2.6 million total viewers and a 1.6 U.S. HH rating. The telecast peaked with an average of 3.9 million total viewers and a 2.5 U.S. HH rating from 10:45-11 p.m. Locally the Knicks/Bulls game earned a 9.3 metered market rating in Chicago and a 5.6 rating in New York.

TBS continues its expansive 2013 MLB Postseason coverage with the exclusive presentation of the AL Wild Card Game - the Tampa Bay Rays at Cleveland Indians - tonight, Wednesday, Oct. 2, at 8 p.m. ET. TBS will begin its extensive coverage of the 2013 MLB Postseason with the exclusive presentation of the Wild Card presented by Budweiser when the Cincinnati Reds visit the Pittsburgh Pirates in the National League Wild Card Game on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 8 p.m. ET. On Wednesday, Oct. 2, the Cleveland Indians will host the winner of the Tampa Bay Rays/Texas Rangers tiebreaker in the American League Wild Card Game at 8 p.m. ET. Ernie Johnson will call the Reds vs. Pirates game with analysts Ron Darling and Cal Ripken and reporter Craig Sager.
