NEW DRAMATISTS, Tony Honor® recipient and the nation's premiere playwright development workshop, proudly announces that 14-time Tony Award® winner Roger Berlind will be honored with their 2011 Lifetime Achievement Award at its 62nd Annual Spring Luncheon tribute, to be held Tuesday, May 17th at the New York Marriott Marquis.

The Tony Awards® Admonsitration Committee has announced this year's recipients in three catagories. Among the honorees are a world-renowned playwright originally from South Africa, a longtime Broadway executive, a playwright/activist known for her work in combatting volience against women, a show-business animal trainer, a venerable theatre bookshop, and an organization dedicated to promoting diversity in the theatre, film, and television.

The Actors Fund's annual gala on Monday, May 23, 2011 at the New York Marriott Marquis, 1535 Broadway, will honor Tony and Emmy Award winning actress and current star of 'The Addams Family,' Bebe Neuwirth ('Chicago,' 'Sweet Charity,' 'Cheers,' 'Frasier'); Tony, Emmy and Academy Award winning actor Al Pacino ('The Godfather: Parts I, II and III,' 'Scent of a Woman,' HBO's 'Angels in America' and 'You Don't Know Jack,' 'The Merchant of Venice'), and Vice President, Market General Manager for New York City's Marriott & Renaissance Hotels Michael J. Stengel, as the New York Marriott Marquis celebrates its 25th anniversary of commitment to Broadway and Times Square.

The Kimmel Center and The Shubert Organization are proud to announce a spectacular array of Broadway's Tony Award-winning favorites coming to Philadelphia for the 2010-2011 Broadway Season at the Academy of Music and the Forrest Theatre.

Lincoln Center Theater production of Jon Robin Baitz' OTHER DESERT CITIES, directed by Joe Mantello, opened on January 13 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater. The cast features Stockard Channing, Stacy Keach, Linda Lavin, Elizabeth Marvel and Thomas Sadoski. Today, the New York Times suggests that the show is looking to transfer to Broadway, however, a full house on the Great White Way will prevent the show from making a spring move.
