Tickets to MTC's Full 2015 Season Now on Sale

Melbourne Theatre Company's 2015 Season is off to a brilliant and busy start with Jumpy and What Rhymes with Cars and Girls currently playing, Endgame in rehearsal and tickets to all remaining productions in the season on sale today.

Paul Blackwell, Peter Carroll and Pamela Rabe Set for State Theatre's Beckett Triptych

State Theatre Company's 2015 season will begin with three perfect theatrical gems written by the father of theatrical postmodernism, Samuel Beckett. Brought together especially for the 2015 Adelaide Festival, this trio of remarkable and rarely produced short plays will feature three of Australia's greatest actors: Paul Blackwell, Peter Carroll and Pamela Rabe, all of whom are brilliantly matched to the funny, wistful, bleak and acutely observed work of Beckett.

Novato Theater Co. Stages AVENUE Q, Now thru 11/9

Novato Theater Company brings on that risque array of puppets and people in the Tony Award-winning musical comedy, Avenue Q. Veteran director Carl Jordan, an SFBATCC award-winner, helms the show, with music and lyrics by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx, and book by Jeff Whitty. Music director is Monica Norcia. Avenue Q runs October 10 through November 9 at the NTC Playhouse, 5420 Nave Drive in Novato.

BECKETT TRIPTYCH, BETRAYAL, MORTIDO and More Set for State Theatre Company's 2015 Season

State Theatre Company today announced its 2015 season at a launch held in the Dunstan Playhouse. After a highly successful season to date in 2014, which included 7 Helpmann Award nominations and two wins for the Company's co-production with Windmill Theatre of Pinocchio; sell-out performances and two new box office records, 2015 is set to be another very strong season.

American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) Young Conservatory (YC) Director Craig Slaight will present the world premiere musical, Staying Wild, tonight, May 29-June 7, 2014 at The Theater at the Children's Creativity Museum (221 4th Street, San Francisco).

Producer Tim Lawson previously announced that Chitty Chitty Bang Bang must leave Sydney today, Saturday 19 January 2013. No extension is possible as 'Chitty' opens in Melbourne on Wednesday 30 January 2013.
