First announced back in 2009, BroadwayWorld.com broke news earlier this year about the long gestating BAT OUT OF HELL Musical - revealing exclusively that musician and producer Todd Rundgren joined the team and that the show was hoping to make a 2016 world premiere in Toronto. Producers Michael Cohl and David Sonenberg have joined the project as co-producers, alongside the previously announced Elva Corrie.

Frank Hamilton, co-founder of the Old Town School of Folk Music and Bill Rappaport, former 2nd chair clarinetist for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra put together a night of swing/jazz tunes from the Great American Songbook. Classic tunes from the likes of Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Johnny Mercer, and Jerome Kern take on a jazzy style with Frank playing acoustic guitar and Bill playing clarinet.

Fruitlands Museum presents two fascinating new exhibitions in the Art Museum this fall. Presented in partnership with the National Basketry Organization, All Things Considered VIII will feature a dazzling array of traditional and sculptural work made by the most accomplished contemporary basket makers from around the country. Hidden Hudson will showcase rarely seen works from Fruitlands' renowned Hudson River School landscape collection. Both exhibitions will be on view September 18 – November 22, 2015.

As the capacity audience was settling in on opening night of Groundworks Dance Theatre's summer concert in Cain Park's Alma Theatre, there was a loud electronic sound stage right. As the eyes shifted in its direction, a lawn mower was pushed on stage. This was followed by a series of other sounds and actions of everyday occurrences including playing golf, sunbathing, and living in suburbia.
