The 10th Annual Goodspeed Festival of New Musicals, produced by Goodspeed Musicals' Max Showalter Center for Education in Musical Theatre, kicks off its much-anticipated three day festival of brand-new works on Friday, January 16, 2015 at the Goodspeed Opera House with a staged reading of the Jesse James-inspired musical Outlaws. On Saturday, January 17, the musical comedy The Noteworthy Life of Howard Barnes debuts. On the final day of the festival, the riveting For Tonight will be presented. Several special events will round out this exciting weekend.

Off-Broadway's PAGEANT to Welcome Miss America at Final Performance this Weekend

Producers have announced that the limited engagement of PAGEANT will celebrate its final performance on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 7:30pm, with special guests, including Miss America 2015 winner Kira Kazantsev (Miss New York) and other Miss America 2015 finalists. All audience members in attendance on Sunday are invited to join the company immediately after the show at Boxers (742 9th Ave) for a free drink with ticket stub and $3 drink specials all night.

Producers have announced that the limited engagement of PAGEANT will host a special Miss America night in honor of our nation's top beauty pageant, The 88th Annual Miss America Pageant, on Sunday, September 14. For the Sunday, September 14 at 7:30pm performance, all audience members, both male and female, who arrive in their best pageant attire will receive half-priced tickets, available on a first-come-first-served basis beginning one hour prior to curtain at The Davenport Theatre (354 West 45th Street).
