Music superstar Usher has been announced as one of the headlining acts for the highly anticipated 4th Annual Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival.

Chris Isaacson Presents and Upright Cabaret present the West Coast club return of Broadway diva and Tony Award-winner Lillias White in her new show, A Woman On Love, at the Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood. There will be two performances only, on Mondays, June 3 and 10 at 8:30pm, with cocktail and dinner service beginning at 6:30pm. The June 10 show also marks the second anniversary of The Night After The Tonys, a tradition begun in 2012 by Ms. White and Upright Cabaret.

This past Friday, May 3, The Tenors performed at The NYCB Theatre at Westbury. Their PBS special has been airing on WNET TV 13 and WLIV TV 21 in the tristate area, and pledge people were treated to a wonderful evening of music, and some even a Meet and Greet with the singers after the show. Since their inception just five years ago, The Tenors have been thrilling audiences worldwide with their powerful voices and memorable melodies singing a blend of classical music and contemporary pop. Victor Micallef, Clifton Murray, Remigo Pereira, and Fraser Walters have performed on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" (with Celine Dion), for Her Majesty The Queen during her Diamond Jubilee at Windsor Castle, the live broadcast of the 2011 Emmy Awards in LA, at the opening ceremonies of Vancouver's 2010 Olympics, and for the NBA, MLB, and NHL All-Star Games. They have shared the stage with Sarah McLachlan, Neil Young, Paul Anka, Justin Bieber, Paul McCartney, Brian McKnight, David Foster, and Natalie Cole among others. For their live Columbus performance, The Tenors will draw selections from their new album, Lead With Your Heart, as well as some of their past hits.

Chris Mann's debut full-length album, Roads, shot straight to No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart and Top 5 on Billboard's Classical Chart. Upon its release, Mann gave numerous high-profile television performances, including playing for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama as part of TNT's 'Christmas In Washington' special, 'The Today Show,' the 'Tonight Show with Jay Leno,' and NBC's 'Christmas in Rockefeller Center Special.'

Last week, The Southern California Motion Picture Council presented their Annual Golden Halo Award Presentation. Among those being honored were Ja'net DuBois, Bridget MacDonald and John Pierre, but the evenings highlight was the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to actress, comedienne and humanitarian, Geri Jewell. Among those in attendance to honor Ms. Jewell, were Alison Arngrim, Ed Asner, Kelsey Collins, June Faray, Ford Austin, Rose Marie, Margaret O'Brien and a special letter sent by Norman Lear. Timeless vocalist, songwriter, and actor, Paul Anka will play the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall on January 9, 2013, and continues to define the term entertainer. A true child star, Paul Anka started his vocal group at the age of 13, and by the age of 17 had garnered five top 20 hits, including "You Are My Destiny," "Crazy Love," "Let The Bells Keep Ringing," "(All of A Sudden) My Heart Sings," and the #1 single "Diana."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jim Murray, agent to the likes of Tony Bennett, Phyllis Diller, Jerry Lewis and Liza Minnelli, passed away on December 16, 2012. He was 85.
