The Ambassador Theatre Group Ltd (ATG) today announced plans to re-name London's Comedy Theatre, The Harold Pinter Theatre , after the distinguished playwright, screen writer, director, political activist and actor.

Nick Ward made a crucial impact on the London fringe in the late eighties. He won the George Devine Award for Apart From George and worked extensively at the National Theatre Studio alongside Peter Gill.

Jeffrey Kaplow, Eileen Nicholas, Philip Rahm and Augustina Seymour comprise the cast, which is directed by regular Time Out Critics' Choice director, Derek Bond.
