'Once Upon a Time', Part Two. In this epic, 'Princess Bride' parody, trilogy, Paul has a flashback to his swashbuckling, pirate fighting days. Captain Paul is hired to safely transport Prince Wesley to Guana island to be crowned the new king. Meanwhile, Captain Shortshanks must kill Prince Wesley to fulfill the final prophecy to bring his evil master back to life to rule again.

'Buffy' Star Tom Lenk Is New 'Franz' In ROCK OF AGES 9/14

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' star Tom Lenk will join five-time Tony nominated hit musical, ROCK OF AGES on Sept. 14. Lenk will star as 'Franz,' the son of a German developer who wants to demolish the Sunset Strip (including LA's favorite rock club). The actor originated the supporting role in the Los Angeles and Las Vegas productions.

The cast of the five-time Tony nominated hit musical, ROCK OF AGES, will continue to rock eight times a week through summer 2010. Tom Lenk joins the cast as 'Franz,' the role he originated in the Los Angeles and Las Vegas productions, beginning Monday, September 14, 2009 for a six month limited engagement. Mr. Lenk is best known for his portrayal as 'Andrew Wells' on television's 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer.' Mr. Lenk is taking over for Wesley Taylor, who will play his final performance on Sunday, September 13. Mr. Taylor is leaving to join the cast of the upcoming production of The Addams Family.

Tony Award nominated Broadway star, Kerry Butler (Xanadu, Hairspray) will star in the five-time Tony nominated hit musical, ROCK OF AGES at Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 West 47th Street) as 'Sherrie' beginning Monday, September 21, 2009 for a six month limited engagement for six performances a week. The 'Sherrie' understudy will play the role during both performances on Sundays. Constantine Maroulis continues his Tony Award Nominated performance staring in the show as 'Drew'.

Don Stephenson joins the cast of the five-time Tony nominated hit musical, ROCK OF AGES tonight, Monday, August 17, 2009 at Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 West 47th Street). Stephenson is stepping in for Paul Schoeffler as 'Hertz,' the German real estate developer with plans to makeover (and take-over) L.A.'s beloved Sunset Strip. Schoeffler is on leave to play Lawrence in the Walnut Street Theatre's production of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels running September 8 - October 25, 2009. He returns to ROCK OF AGES Monday, October 26, 2009.

The New York Daily News reports that ROCK OF AGES star Constantine Maroulis was sucker punched by a 'drunk' non-fan at a party Wednesday night. The fist flying action took place during Casio's G-Shock party Wednesday night at Cipriani Wall Street.
