Kenyon Phillips, known for his inventive blend of orchestral rock, surrealist theater and interactive cabaret, will resurrect his autobiographical rock opera 'The Life and Death of Kenyon Phillips' this August at Webster Hall. Hailing from Broadway to downtown and everywhere in between, the show's illustrious cast of singers, dancers, actors, and circus artists continues to grow. Most recently added is Daphne Rubin-Vega, best known for her leading roles in 'RENT' and 'Anna in the Tropics.' Rubin-Vega will reprise her role as Kenyon's mother, which she performed in the original production of 'The Life and Death of Kenyon Phillips' at Joe's Pub in May 2014.
