Following last night's highly anticipated first preview of HAMILTON at the Public, TodayTix hosted the exclusive afterparty at the Public's Library Bar. The Public Theater announced a second extension today for the world premiere musical HAMILTON, beginning previews on Tuesday, January 20 in The Public's Newman Theater. Rocky star Andy Karl and his wife Orfeh just released a new mash-up song called 'No Time for Pain (A Tribute to Rocky Broadway)' with a photographic flashback on the run of Rocky, which just closed on Broadway. This video features the Rocky instrumental theme, with vocal talents from Orfeh and Andy Karl.

Broadway's new ROCKY musical plays its final performance at the Winter Garden Theatre today, August 17th, after 28 previews and 188 regular performances. ROCKY received its world premiere in fall 2012 in Hamburg, Germany, where it continues to play to packed houses. The musical opened on Broadway on March, 13, 2014. Rocky may be on it's way out, with its final performance at the Winter Garden Theatre scheduled for Sunday, August 17th, but some of the show's ensemble cast is just starting to heat up. The Broadway musical of Rocky has been knocked out by a declining box office and will play its final performance at the Winter Garden Theatre on Sunday, August 17th after 28 previews and 188 regular performances. The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company today announced that the Special Guests for the 14th Annual Benefit The Understudy's Evening - Tomorrow's Stars Today will be F. Murray Abraham, Carolee Carmello and Euan Morton who will serve as the evening's Auctioneer. The gala will take place on Monday May 19th (from 6:30pm) at Manhattan Penthouse (80 Fifth Avenue at 14th Street).
