THE BOOK OF MORMON has been described by its creators, SOUTH PARK juggernauts Trey Parker and Matt Stone, as 'making fun of and celebrating things at the same time,' so it might not come as a surprise to them that seeing the satirical smash hit led student Liza Morong, 21, to pick up a real copy of The Book of Mormon.

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, has broken the house record in Toronto for the week ending May 12. The show broke the record at the Princess of Wales Theatre for an 8-performance week, grossing $1,510,230.00.

Back by popular demand, THE BOOK OF MORMON which played a record-breaking three-week run in the fall of 2012 returns for a limited engagement October 22-November 24 at The Buell Theatre. Single tickets for the engagement go on sale Monday, June 10 at 10am, limit eight (8) per household. The 24 Hour Company is teaming with the Exchange, an off-Broadway theater company, to create the fifth-ever 24 Hour Musicals. The event benefits the Exchange's summer retreat, The Orchard Project, which kick-starts innovative new theatrical work from around the world.

Now in its 15th season, Lincoln Center's acclaimed series American Songbook celebrates the best in American singing and songwriting with a new chapter in the Songbook story: 'American Songbook in the Penthouse,' a series of weekend-only performances by performers and composers presented in the Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse. Featured on Friday, April 19, was teh music of Kerrigan & Lowdermilk, featuring Michael Arden, Nikki M. James, Carrie Manolakos, Josh Young and others.

In Toronto, the production will conduct a pre-show lottery at the box office, with up to 24 tickets available at $25 each, cash only.

The 13th Annual Monte Cristo Award was presented to Mr. Plummer by fellow stage and film legend Kevin Spacey. Mr. Spacey was the recipient of the Monte Cristo Award in 2009.
