We follow Velma Kelley (Christine Dulong) and Roxie Hart (Jessi Trauth*), two murderesses with only one thing in common; they both killed in a moment of passion to obtain fame. Set in the roaring 20's, the city of Chicago is the backdrop to the jazz-laden, booze-filled decadence of the times.
