TeenNick, Nickelodeon's 24-hour TV network exclusively for and about teens and tweens, will partner with mega-stars Mariah Carey, Ashton Kutcher, Rosario Dawson and Wyclef Jean to recognize four deserving teens who are philanthropic leaders in their communities in the second annual TeenNick HALO Awards. Conceived, hosted and executive produced by TeenNick Chairman Nick Cannon, the hour-long special that honors real-life teens who are 'Helping And Leading Others' (HALO) will premiere Friday, Dec. 10, at 8:00 p.m. (ET) on TeenNick, followed by an encore on Nick at Nite at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT). TeenNick partnered with the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) to provide the grants and scholarships awarded to each HALO honoree.

NBC's top-rated summer series 'America's Got Talent' will continue its nationwide search in the new year in Minneapolis (January 22 and 23), Atlanta (January 29 and 30), Houston (February 12 and 13) and Tacoma, Wash. (February 19 and 20). In addition, the show heads to New York City this weekend (November 14 and 15) for auditions at the Jacob Javits Center (as previously announced).

NBC's top-rated summer hit 'America's Got Talent' crowned Michael Grimm the winner of season five. Grimm beat out thousands of acts, including Jackie Evancho, Prince Poppycock and Fighting Gravity, to take home the coveted $1 million grand prize and a headlining show in Las Vegas.

NBC has picked up a sixth season of its hit summer series 'America's Got Talent' from FremantleMedia and Simon Cowell's SYCO Television.

NBC's top-rated summer series 'America's Got Talent' completes the semi-final round today (Tuesday, August 31, 9-11 p.m. ET) and the live results show on Wednesday, September 1 (9-10 p.m. ET) will include exciting performances from pop sensation Jason Derulo and Wynn Las Vegas' 'Le R?ve.' Five more acts will move on to round out the Top 10 and are just two weeks away from possibly winning the $1 million prize on September 15.

Nickelodeon has extended multi-talented, actor/comedian/artist/producer Nick Cannon's deal as Chairman of TeenNick through Jan. 2012, it was announced today by Cyma Zarghami, President, Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group.
