The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre, the acclaimed comedy/variety show, will begin the three-month engagement at JOE'S PUB at The Public Theater on Thursday, January 16 at 9:30 PM with a celebration of Rock legend David Bowie. After a highly-successful season at 54 Below, the show is returning to its downtown roots this year. The January show will feature special guests Michael Musto, Molly Pope, Joseph Keckler, Bridget Barkan, Michael Cavadias and Raquel Cion.

Fresh off sell-out runs and rave reviews in the U.K. at London's Soho Theatre, Edinburgh's Fringe Festival and New York City's Joe's Pub, Hotel Nikko San Francisco and Michael Feinstein are thrilled to welcome Grammy Award-winning artist Lady Rizo to Feinstein's at the Nikko for two performances only - Thursday, February 6 (8 p.m.) and Friday, February 7 (8 p.m.). Called a "winkingly sexy chanteuse" by Time Out New York, Lady Rizo will perform songs off her recently released, highly anticipated debut album, "Violet." This month, the Public Theater will honor composer, musician and songwriter Toshi Reagon with five concerts at Joe's Pub and a special engagement during the Public's annual Under the Radar festival. Reagon will be joined by her band BIGLovely, featuring Judith Casselberry, Adam Widoff, Robert Burke, Fred Cash, Stephanie McKay and Marcelle Davies Lashley.

In 2013 Joe's Pub at The Public launched its 15th Anniversary season and was named one of the top ten music venues in the country by Rolling Stone magazine. It was a busy year, and there are no signs of slowing down in 2014. With a new sound system, record-setting ticket sales and some of the most eclectic programming New York City has to offer, Joe's Pub continues to set the standard for showcase venues worldwide.

The run will feature tributes to Rock legend David Bowie (Thursday, January 16), stage and screen star Bernadette Peters (Sunday, February 16) and the popular TV program 'Buffy, the Vampire Slayer' (Sunday, March 16). All performances are at 9:30 PM. Special guests will be announced shortly.

ERIC Michael GillETT will present BOB O'HARE in an encore performance of Recovery: A Show About Getting Better on December 22, 7pm with with the Tom Nelson Trio (Tom Nelson, Musical Director and Piano; Tom Kirchmer, Bass;Peter Grant, Drums) at Don't Tell Mama. Last night at Joe's Pub, ROCK BOTTOM benefit star Bridget Everett invited the legendary Pattil LuPone on stage to perform Janis Joplin's 'Me and Bobby McGee.' Check out their rendition of the classic bluesy rock song below!

Bob O'Hare made his cabaret debut in May of 2009 with 'Home: A Musical Journey.' It was a wonderful way to kick off his summer. It was well-received, with Sandi Durell lauding its 'carefully chosen songs cleverly intertwined' and 'truly realized' performances.

For a special Birdland engagement, Peter Eldridge, 'a superb musical alchemist,' (Jazz Times) and long-time member of the acclaimed vocal group New York Voices, joined forces with critically acclaimed jazz vocalist Jane Monheit, whose honey-smooth vocals, silky phrasing and natural knack for storytelling have earned her two Grammy nominations and established her as one of her generation's most beloved and accomplished vocalists.
