The producers of ROCK OF AGES announced the complete, awesome cast for Broadway's new, smash hit musical today. Constantine Maroulis, ('American Idol' Season 4, Broadway's The Wedding Singer, RENT) reprising his critically acclaimed role as 'Drew', is now joined by Broadway's best 1970's & 1980's period actors Amy Spanger (The Wedding Singer, Kiss Me Kate) as 'Sherrie' and James Carpinello (Saturday Night Fever, VH1's 'So NoTORIous') as 'Stacee Jaxx'.

Acclaimed television, stage and movie actor Neil Patrick Harris ('How I Met Your Mother,' Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle and Assassins) has been named the host of the 7th Annual 'TV Land Awards,' it was announced today by Larry W. Jones, president, TV Land. 'The TV Land Awards' will be taped on Sunday, April 19th at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City and air in TV Land PRIME on Sunday, April 26th at 9pm ET/PT.

In an unprecedented ticket structure, a large block of orchestra and front mezzanine tickets for preview performances (March 17, 2009 - April 6, 2009) can be purchased for $49.50 with the code 'PROCK' and, after opening on April 7, 2009, the production will have a lower top ticket price than ANY other Broadway musical with a ticket range of $26.50 - $99.00. New 'ROCK OF AGES' Inspired Website Hits the Net

In anticipation of the show's Broadway debut in the Spring of 2009, fans of the new musical 'Rock of Ages' have launched 'The Cry of the Strip,' a 'semi-official' website created by and for supporters of the show. The site's administrative staff plans for the site to be interactive between both fans of the show and members of the cast, band and crew. Features include: ? 'The Cry of the Strip', a blog written by the staff, informing fans of upcoming news on the show, cast and related information (i.e. rock celebrity birthdays / milestones in music history) ? 'Bourbon Room,' a message board for fans and production members to interact with each other and discuss the show, cast, etc. ? The producers of ROCK OF AGES announced yesterday that after an extremely successful off Broadway run and the sale of the film rights to New Line Cinema, the new, smash hit musical will transfer to Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theatre, 256 W. 47th Street, and open on Tuesday, April 7, 2009. Previews begin on Friday, March 20, 2009. Variety is reporting that they might be offering in-seating cocktail service to allow the party feel of the show to truly come alive uptown.
