Vancouver, BC ~ The cultural event of the fall season hits Vancouver tonight, October 23: the world premiere of Vancouver Opera's revolutionary new opera, Stickboy, composed by Neil Weisensel with libretto by world-renowned spoken-word artist Shane Koyczan. This beautiful, courageous and visually stunning opera explores the inner life of a young boy transformed by bullying.

Rising young pop artist Jake Miller will release the digital version his debut EP for Warner Bros. Records, entitled Lion Heart, on iTunes on November 4th. A physical CD will follow in stores at F.Y.E. on November 24th. Lion Heart features five tracks, including 'First Flight Home,' 'Ghost,' featuring Nikki Flores, and 'Dazed and Confused,' featuring Gym Class Heroes' Travie McCoy. Miller will be supporting the physical CD release with several in-store signing appearances at F.Y.E. locations around select tour dates. 'Ghost' premiered exclusively on Perez Hilton on Tuesday. Delta Spirit has added three headlining New York City dates in three consecutive nights to their extensive fall tour, today, September 30 and October 1, and October 2.
