The Peninsula Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Mitchell Sardou Klein will open the venerated and innovative ensemble's 65th season with a pair of concerts in San Bruno and Cupertino featuring the return of popular soloist John O'Conor (performing both the Grieg Piano Concerto and Beethoven's Choral Fantasy), the Masterworks Chorale and music by Brahms, Handel, and Walton. The White Plains Performing Arts Center (WPPAC) has announced that Robert Klein with musical director Bob Stein will present an evening of comedy, theatre and song to benefit the White Plains theatre. Barneys New York, the luxury specialty retailer, announces its 'Backstage' Spring 2011 campaign. The campaign features unique black and white images taken backstage at the world's most prestigious fashion shows in New York, London, Milan and Paris. Some of the celebrated photographers whose work is featured in the campaign include Nan Goldin, William Klein, Roxanne Lowit, Raymond Meier, Collier Schorr, Stephane Sednaoui and Juergen Teller.
