Bristol Riverside Theatre continues its 2009 Summer Season with the return of The Gustafsons, a renowned husband and wife magic team. The Gustafsons will perform the family-friendly Amazing World of Magic from June 30 ? July 5. Tickets are $15 for adults, $13 for BRT members, and $8 for students.

Igor Stravinsky, Vaslav Nijinsky, Léon Bakst, Pablo Picasso, and George Balanchine are among the great collaborators who worked in Serge Diaghilev's Ballets Russes, where they changed the face of modern ballet and influenced the course of the arts in the 20th century. Diaghilev's Theater of Marvels: The Ballets Russes and Its Aftermath, a new exhibition at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, draws on diverse materials from the Library's renowned collections to tell the remarkable story of the company and the impresario who founded it.

King's LINES Ballet Announces Touring Dates, Lands At The Joyce Theater 5/5-10

Alonzo King's LINES Ballet was founded in San Francisco in 1982, and has developed into a celebrated international touring company. This year touring began in February in Indianapolis, and was followed by 4 Hawaii cities continuing in March to Forli; Bolzano; and Civitanova, Italy then March 19-28 in Lyon, France for the Maison de la Danse, followed by Toulouse, and Arcachon, France.
