The cast of TAMAR OF THE RIVER, the critically-acclaimed and Drama Desk Award-nominated show produced at Prospect Theater Company, will celebrate the release of their world premiere recording with a one night only reunion concert on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 8pm at Musical Theater Factory (250 West 40th Street, 4th Floor). Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Seeds of Peace.

Musical Theatre Factory (MTF) presents a staged reading of Ben Bonnema's new interactive concert, BOYS WHO TRICKED ME. Billed as MTF's "big gay sleepover," the show encourages audience members to share secrets and stories, slumber-party style. An evening of songs about love gone wrong, lust gone right, and that nagging fear that you will die alone, BOYS WHO TRICKED ME stars Mike Longo (MTF's The Disappearing Man, Hair National Tour), Michael De Souza (Transport Theatre Company's Once Upon A Mattress), and Remy Germinario (Bunnicula National Tour).

Casting has been announced for the new edition of Marc Eardley's EPIC FAIL directed by Marc Eardleyand presented Off-Broadway at The Laurie Beechman Theater by Graydon Gund and The New York Musical Theatre Festival. There will be three performances of EPIC FAIL July 8th at 9:30, and July 12th at 5:00 and 8:00pm. Tickets for EPIC FAIL went on sale June 16th.

And if you are, indeed, receiving news that you're on, you very professionally utter expletives, then say "Great, I'll be ready" before diving into your tracking sheets. After a sold-out opening weekend, The Musical Theatre Factory (MTF) is extending their production of THE DISAPPEARING MAN at Cloud City, with additional performances at 3pm on Saturday, January 25, and 2pm and 7pm on Sunday, January 26. THE DISAPPEARING MAN, a new folk opera with book, music, and lyrics by Jahn Sood, and directed and choreographed by Shakina Nayfack, takes place backstage at a small-time travelling circus in 1936. When the headliner is offered another job, the motley troupe must decide whether to adapt to the change or fight to keep the family together.
