Vassar & New York Stage and Film's Powerhouse Theater is pleased to announce the cast of PIRATE (July 21 - Aug 1), the latest among 13 new works by John Patrick Shanley to have premiered at Powerhouse since 1985. The cast will feature Bill Camp (Coram Boy, Heartbreak House, Revolutionary Road), Ivan Hernandez (Yank!, Romantic Poetry, Most Happy Fella), Charlotte Parry (Equivocation, Coram Boy, The Real Thing), and Michael Puzzo (Killing Women, Khartoum, Dirty Story, In Arabia We'd All be Kings).

The Alchemy Theatre, in association with LAByrinth Theater Company, are presenting ?Sweet Storm? by Scott Hudson, who was recently awarded the Daryl Roth 2009 Creative Spirit Award, Off Broadway at The Kirk Theatre (Theatre Row), 410 West 42nd Street, NYC. Padraic Lillis directs the new play that features Jamie Dunn and Eric T. Miller. The opening is next Wednesday, June 17 at 7 pm and the show has now been extended an additional week until July 12.
