Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein, which will open for a pre West End season at the Newcastle Theatre Royal (26 August to 9 September 2017), is slated for a West End opening Autumn 2017.

Producers John Frost, Michael Harrison and David Ian today announced that one of Australia's finest vocalists and performers, Paulini, will play the leading role of Rachel Marron in the Australian Premiere of the international award-winning hit musical THE BODYGUARD.

Hennepin Theatre Trust has announced that the U.S. National tour of the hit musical, THE BODYGUARD, launches in Minneapolis as part of the 2016-2017 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin Season Jan. 10-15, 2017 at the historic Orpheum Theatre.

The Orpheum Theatre Group is delighted to announce that the U.S. National tour of the hit musical THE BODYGUARD, will play the historic Orpheum Theatre from January 24th to January 29th. Tickets will go on sale Friday, November 11th at 10 AM.

Natasha J Barnes who will play the title role of Cinderella, Suzie Chard and Wendy Sommerville who will play The Wicked Stepsisters complete the casting for the London Palladium Pantomime this Christmas. They join the previously announced Paul O'Grady (The Wicked Stepmother), Julian Clary (Dandini), Amanda Holden (The Fairy Godmother), Lee Mead (Prince Charming), Paul Zerdin (Buttons), Nigel Havers (Lord Chamberlain) and Count Arthur Strong (Baron Hardup).

The Daily Mail has reported that Natasha J. Barnes has been cast in the title role in the forthcoming London revival of Cinderella. 

Texas Performing Arts presents a vocal-infused double bill featuring Grammy Award®-winning ensemble Roomful of Teeth and an encore performance of Mozart Requiem Undead by Panoramic Voices (formerly the Texas Choral Consort and Orchestra) along with Austin-based vocal ensemble Convergence. The evening will also feature the world premiere of Caleb Burhans' Tired Tropes for Battered Souls, which has been commissioned by Texas Performing Arts and KMFA-FM.

The Menier Chocolate Factory has announced that Harry Hepple (Baker), Steffan Lloyd-Evans (Wolf/ Cinderella's Prince) and Laura Tebbutt (Baker's Wife) will join the company of Fiasco's enchanting reinvention of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's masterpiece INTO THE WOODS. As previously announced, Beverley Knight returns to the international hit musical The Bodyguard for a strictly limited six month run West End run to play Oscar-nominated superstar Rachel Marron with Ben Richards as Frank Farmer, Marron's bodyguard. Performances begin at the Dominion Theatre on 15 July 2016 for this strictly limited season to 7 January 2017.

Today, Curve Artistic Director, Nikolai Foster, announces the cast for his production of THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST. BAFTA and Golden Globe-nominated actress Cathy Tyson will star as the iconic Lady Bracknell in Foster's stylish reimagining of Wilde's much-loved comedy. Cathy is best known for her role in the multi-award winning film Mona Lisa, classic ITV drama series Band of Gold and her stage work with the RSC and Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse.

Hot on the heels of a record-breaking, critically acclaimed West End run, this new production of FUNNY GIRL embarks on a major national tour in 2017. The five-star production opens at Manchester Palace, where it runs for a week from 20 February, before touring to venues including Milton Keynes Theatre, Liverpool Empire, Bristol Hippodrome, Stoke Regent Theatre, His Majesty's Theatre Aberdeen, Edinburgh Playhouse, New Victoria Theatre Woking, Marlowe Theatre Canterbury, Birmingham Hippodrome, Newcastle Theatre Royal, Mayflower Theatre Southampton, King's Theatre Glasgow, Nottingham Theatre Royal and Southend Cliffs Pavilion. Further tour dates and casting yet to be announced.
