After closing last season with the first professional production of composer Frank Wildhorn's THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO, Pioneer Theatre Company opens its new season with the regional premiere of a recent major Broadway show. And it's a major achievement for the company, another spotlight on PTC's excellence.
Broadway Records enters the studio today to record the original New York cast recording of Cagney, which will be released digitally and at the theatre on Friday, September 30, 2016, and in stores on October 14th.

Director Timothy Douglas (Arena's King Hedley II) tackles this emotionally-charged play by Akhtar, author of the novel 'American Dervish' and currently the most produced playwright in the United States.
