Annie Potts Signs On for PAGING DR. FREED Pilot

According to Deadline.com, Annie Potts has just been cast in USA's 'Paging Dr. Freed' pilot. The show is written by Michael Feldman and will be directed by Marc Buckland. Potts will play the mother of gynecologist brothers who 'inherit their father's thriving medical practice after he dies from a heart attack he suffers during an attempt at "playing" doctor with his young secretary,' as described by Deadline.

Wisconsin Public Radio is sad to announce the death of our longtime friend and colleague, Jim Packard. Jim retired from WPR in December 2010, where he served as a producer and fill-in host on The Larry Meiller Show. His warm, friendly voice was heard throughout the day on station announcements and each weekend on Michael Feldman's Whad'Ya Know?.

Cornish Theater and Performance Production departments, present The Mystery of Edwin Drood at Intiman Playhouse. Join the denizens of London's Music Hall Royale, as they perform Charles Dickens' unfinished novel, The Mystery of Edwin Drood. The audience is invited to solve the mystery themselves by choosing one of several ingenious resolutions. The only Broadway show in which the audience decides the ending, Drood won five Tony awards in 1986, including Best Score, Best Book and Best Musical.
