Andrew Chappelle, Mr. Mamma Mia!, was crowned as winner of the sold out, sixth annual Broadway Beauty Pageant held Monday evening at Symphony Space. The event raised $75,000 to benefit the Ali Forney Center, which provides shelter to homeless LGBT youth in New York City.

Neal B., producer of Broadway Sings for Pride & www.NealB.tv, will present an hour long sampling of theatre's talent at the 19th Original GLBT Expo at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Expect to hear musical selections from Broadway standards to pop hits! The segment entitled Broadway Sings for Pride will feature many Broadway, national tour, and recording artists who support the LGBT community. This will take place at the Video Lounge on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 12:30pm and Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 3:30pm.

Celebrity judges for the sixth annual The Broadway Beauty Pageant have been announced. Jackie Hoffman (The Addams Family), pop culture columnist Michael Musto, and Tonya Pinkins (Caroline, or Change) have been tapped to judge the event which will take place on Monday evening, March 19th, at 8p.m. at Symphony Space (2537 Broadway at 95th St.). Brent Barrett (Chicago) and past Pageant winners Frankie James Grande (Mamma Mia!) and Michael Cusumano (Chicago) are set to perform. As previously announced, four-time Tony nominated and Drama Desk Award-winning actress Tovah Feldshuh will host the event which will take place on Monday evening, March 19th, 8p.m., at Symphony Space (2537 Broadway at 95th St.).
