The Lyric Hammersmith today announces its programme from September 2015. Laura Wade and Lyndsey Turner reunite after the success of Posh, to bring a new adaptation of Sarah Waters' Tipping the Velvet to the Lyric's main stage in September.
After the record-breaking success of last year's Christmas season, this Winter the Lyric Hammersmith will stage two productions that are sure to delight festive audiences. Lyric pantomime returns to the Main House with Dick Whittington and his Cat, and family favourite Raymond Briggs' Father Christmas flies back to charm and thrill under 6s in the Lyric Studio.

This first ever stage adaptation of the festive classic by eminent children's author Raymond Briggs returns to the Lyric studio for an extended run.

Following a successful premiere earlier this year, award-winning theatre company Pickled Image are delighted to be at SUSPENSE Festival to present The Shop of Little Horrors, a dark, twisted tale that combines the companies' trademark macabre puppets, and weird and wonderful masks with rich storytelling and black comedy. The Shop of Little Horrors will run today 26 & Sunday 27 October, 4.30pm & 8.30pm and Monday 28 October, 8.30pm at the Pleasance Theatre.
