The Pasadena Playhouse announced today that it will present Val Kilmer in CITIZEN TWAIN for a five-show limited engagement. Val Kilmer, famous for his portrayals of iconic characters such as Jim Morrison (The Doors), Doc Holliday (Tombstone) and Batman (Batman Forever), inhabits the spirit of yet another legendary figure: Mark Twain. Kilmer continues to develop CITIZEN TWAIN, a solo show about the man considered to be the world's greatest storyteller, with this five performance extension at The Playhouse, August 21 - 24, 2013. The production continues through Sunday, July 28 at the Kirk Douglas Theatre.

BCBG alleged that Stretta infringed on its Hervé Léger trade dress. The April 29 judgment states that Stretta can no longer legally produce garments resembling Léger's trademark bandage dresses and has to pay $150,000 in damages to Vernon, Calif.-based BCBG, owner of the Hervé Léger brand.
Saks Incorporated's Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH announced today that it plans to open its doors in Chandler, AZ on Thursday, April 4, 2013. The new 28,000-square-foot store is located in Phoenix Premium Outlets, which is opening to the public that day. It is the second Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH outlet facility that will service the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.
