BWW Album Review: IMAGINARY Original Live Cast Recording

SimG Records' latest release is a National Youth Music Theatre commission entitled Imaginary, which was performed at The Other Palace in London in August 2017. This brand new musical about childhood and growing up received great acclaim and was recorded live across four performances, featuring 30 talented young performers.

PINK, A Cabaret, Comes to The Pheasantry

Lyricist and actor Rory Sherman makes his London cabaret debut joined by West End stars including Lauren Samuels, Dev Joshi and accompanied by Ellie Verkerk. After five years offstage Rory Sherman returns in Pink- A Cabaret. Making his London cabaret debut, Rory explores identity, purpose, the contrasts of growing up in The North West and New Zealand and the ups and downs of charity work. Joining Rory from his first album Ms. A Song Cycle is Lauren Samuels (Romantics Anonymous, Bend it like Beckham), Dev Joshi (King Cowboy Rufus Rules The Universe) and accompanied by musical director Ellie Verkerk on piano.

Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Other Palace Announces 2017 Season

Andrew Lloyd Webber today announces plans for The Other Palace, the newest addition to The Really Useful Theatres Group. The Other Palace is situated less than 100 yards from Buckingham Palace and close to the Victoria Palace, hence its name.

BWW Review: BEFORE AFTER Studio Cast Recording

SimG Records is soon to release a Studio Cast Recording of original British love story, Before After, written by Stuart Matthew Price and Timothy Knapman. The show enjoyed its original workshop at the St James Theatre back in 2014 - funded by the Arts Council and directed by Simon Greiff - and has since been produced in Japan. Musical theatre stars Hadley Fraser and Caroline Sheen featured in this workshop and have gone on to record the album, in the hope that a full UK production will follow in the near future.

SUNDAY SHOW TUNES to Welcome Scott Evan Davis

The UK's Sunday Show Tunes, in collaboration with Executive Producer Maureen Rejali, presents composer/lyricist Scott Evan Davis in concert live at The Pheasantry in London. UK artists will join Davis in performing music from his new recording, NEXT, his debut CD, Cautiously Optimistic, and other originals. Artists include: Rosemary Ashe, Ilan Galkoff, Joel Harper Jackson, Stuart Matthew Price, Charlotte Baker Wakefield and others to be announced. There will be one show on September 18th at 8pm, with doors opening at 6pm. The ticket price is £15. A full dinner menu and bar are available.
