North Coast Repertory Theatre is celebrating the holidays with a bounty of shows to spread the cheer, along with an eye-catching display of artwork by its resident scenic artist, John Finkbiner, who has been on staff for four years.

Saddle up! The Theatre School at North Coast Rep is presenting Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors March 31 through April 3. The Comedy of Errors tells the tale of the separation and reunion of a husband and wife, their twin sons and twin servants. Along the way, there are numerous instances of mistaken identity, leading to slapstick humor. In an unusual twist, the play is set in the Old West, and features a cast of talented area students from North County and surrounding communities.

A six year old boy tells us what REALLY happens on Hanukkah, we hear every Christmas carol ever sung in 90 seconds flat, and then we jet around the world seeing just how bizarre holiday traditions can get! But don't worry- this year Santa's got some help- a GPS with attitude. Come see this musical joyride showing us how CRAZED we can get at this time of year with some of San Diego's brightest new talent- We may be starting a NEW tradition!

The Jungle Book is the largest, most ambitious production ever attempted by The Theatre School. Adapted for the stage by Margaret Larlham, the show is based on the beloved classic by Rudyard Kipling. Theatre School Director Matt Thompson is spearheading the production, with co-directors Tarla Hill (former theatre school student) and Ashley Rossetti and features original music by Thomas Hodges.
