Spirit Square has just announced an acting camp for Charlotte youth at Spirit Square. It's a great opportunity for youth ages 10 - 17 to explore acting. The 'Acting & Scene Study Camp' is taught by Linda Ann Watt and is offered on August 13-17, 10:00 a.m. -1:00 pm. at Spirit Square, 345 North College Street, 3rd Floor, Studio A.

Tribeca today announced two new forward-looking events to take place during the Tribeca Film Festival (TFF) that will assemble a first-rate collection of thought leaders spanning the worlds of film, media, gaming, technology and society. The Tribeca Film Institute's Interactive Day will explore the future of storytelling in the digital age, through an all-day conference today, April 23, made possible by the Ford Foundation. As first reported on Deadline.com, Academy award winning actor Martin Landau has joined the cast of the yet untitled ABC drama pilot to be directed by Roland Emmerich drama pilot. The project is from ABC Studios and the Mark Gordon Co.

Henry Covington in the new Hallmark Hall of Fame film, 'Mitch Albom's Have a Little Faith,' premiering SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 27 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. The Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, Inc. announced today that in celebration of the Statue of Liberty's upcoming 125th Anniversary on October 28th, Macy's has committed the proceeds from the sale of its newly recorded song 'Gift of Light' to benefit the Foundation's non-profit mission for projects at Liberty and Ellis Islands, working in partnership with the National Park Service.
