Caravan, the quintessential precursors to the British Prog Rock movement, have announced a very special UK Tour that kicks off tonight, January 8th 2013 at London's prestigious Queen Elizabeth Hall, at the Southbank Centre.

The Louisville Master Chorale has announced a holiday program featuring all three parts of Handel's magnificent oratorio, MESSIAH. It will include the favorite choruses and solos from Parts I and II (The Christmas and Easter sections) as well as the apocalyptic Part III in its entirety. Though it is not possible to encompass the entire work in a two-hour program, Mark Walker, conductor and artistic director, has taken a discerning and satisfying approach.

The UK tour will see Caravan celebrating the 40th Anniversary of what many critics regard to be the quintessential prog album of all time: 1973's "For Girls Who Grow Plump In The Night".
