The Gospel According to Thomas Jefferson, Charles Dickens and Count Leo Tolstoy: Discord, by Scott Carter and directed by Kimberly Senior, runs May 6 - June 12, 2016 at Northlight Theatre, 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie. The press opening is scheduled for Friday, May 13 at 8 pm.

Northlight Theatre Announces Final Casting for 41st Season

Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, announces casting for the final productions of its 41st Season.  The season continues with Tony nominated Mothers and Sons, written by Terrence McNally and directed by Steve Scott. The cast includes Cindy Gold (Katharine Gerard), Ben Miller (Bud Ogden-Porter), Jeff Parker (Cal Porter) and Ben Sprunger (Wil Ogden).

Court Theatre, under the leadership of Artistic Director Charles Newell and Executive Director Stephen J. Albert, presents Nicholas Rudall's world-premiere translation of Aeschylus' Agamemnon, directed by Artistic Director Charles Newell. Agamemnon runs tonight, November 5 - December 6, 2015 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Avenue. Press Opening is Saturday, November 14 at 8:00 p.m.

American Blues to Present Staged Reading of 2015 Blue Ink Award Winner, 6/27

Producing Artistic Director Gwendolyn Whiteside and American Blues Theater, Chicago's second oldest Equity ensemble, announce a staged reading of Other Than Honorable, the 2015 Blue Ink Award-winner by Jamie Pachino and directed by Kimberly Senior, Saturday, June 27 at 3 p.m. at Greenhouse Theater Center, 2257 N. Northlight Theatre Extends OUTSIDE MULLINGAR Through 4/25

Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans announce that, due to strong box office demand and enthusiastic audience response, the run of Northlight Theatre's critically-acclaimed production of John Patrick Shanley's Outside Mullingar will be extended through April 25, 2015.
