The 36th People's Choice Awards were handed out tonight, with fan favorite 'Glee' picking up the awards for Favorite New TV Comedy, and Hugh Jackman taking home the trophy for Favorite Action Star.

The People's Choice Awards, presented annually to entertainers in the categories of music, film and television, are unique in that unlike its Oscar and Golden Globe counterparts, the nominees and winners are selected by the viewing and voting public, as opposed to a panel of industry peers.

Tonight, Monday August 3rd the hit show 'The Temperamentals' by Jon Marans begins Militant Mondays, a series of talk backs following the performance. Paul Rudnick will join fellow playwrights Larry Kramer, Bill C Davis & Jon Marans. It will be moderated by Jonathan Silverstein.
