Original Gravity's Second Season continues on Saturday, November 21 at 5pm at Brew Hills Brewery with an exceptional program featuring the avant garde electric guitar music of California-based Mobius Trio. The Trio seeks to expand the modern guitar repertoire to encompass all of the myriad currents passing through contemporary art music, and are playing three World Premieres by New England Composers:

Estes Park Productions will present an invited industry reading of Louis Nevaer's new dark comedy about the Reagan administration on November 5th. The arms-for-hostages Iran-Contra scandal in 1984 casts a shadow over Ronald Reagan's foreign policy. Jeane Kirkpatrick, American ambassador to the United Nations, is in conflict with Nora Astorga, Nicaragua's deputy foreign minister who has become that nation's ambassador to the United Nations. The women, mocked as 'Amazonian Bitches' by the delegates to this male-dominated organization, clash as each tries to sway world public opinion. Their confrontations become legendary as they work feverishly to prevail-each coming to respect the other before fate intervenes.

A limited Off-Broadway engagement plays November 3 - December 27 at The Pershing Square Signature Center (TheRomulus Linney Courtyard Theatre, 480 West 42nd Street), with Official Opening Night set for Wednesday, November 18.

CHARLES BUSCH, author and star of such plays as Psycho Beach Party, Times Square Angel, The Lady in Question, Red Scare on Sunset, You Should Be So Lucky, Shanghai Moon and The Divine Sister brings his iconic Cabaret stylings to The COPA Palm Springs for two 'sure to be sell-out' performances, October 16 and 17 at 8:00 pm.   Born in New York City, he began his theatrical career shortly after graduating from Northwestern University in 1976.  After spending two years in Chicago working with different local theatre companies, he returned to his home town of New York City with a solo play called Hollywood Confidential, which he performed as a weekend late show at Charles Ludlam's Ridiculous Theatrical Company's theatre at One Sheridan Square. 

Beginning tonight, October 16, Puccini's Tosca returns to the Met for thirteen performances starring four sopranos as the tempestuous title character.

The Hispanic Organization of Latin Actors (HOLA), the nation's longest running active arts advocacy organization for Latino actors, is pleased to announce that it will honor Academy Award-winning actor Benicio del Toro with the 2015 Raul Julia HOLA Founders Award. He will join 'Orange is the New Black' star Selenis Leyva, 'Jane The Virgin' star Andrea Navedo, 'Blue Bloods' star Marisa Ramirez, and others at the Sixteenth Annual HOLA Awards Gala and Benefit. The HOLA Awards will take place tonight, October 14, 2015 at 6pm at The Battery Gardens.

Es wurde von den Autoren als packende Lovestory in die Neuzeit ubertragen. Es thematisiert daruber hinaus den auch in unserer Zeit sich immer weiter verscharfenden Überlebenskampf all jener, die am unteren Ende der Gesellschaft angekommen sind. Ob Jazz, Tanzmusik oder Anleihen bei der italienischen Oper: Mitreißende Evergreens wie „Tonight", „America" und „Somewhere" vereinen zahlreiche Musikstile miteinander. Das Theater Pfotzheim bringt diesen Klassiker aus der Feder von Leonard Bernstein (Musik), Stephen Sondheim (Gesangstexte) und Arthur Lorents (Buch) nun mit Ensemblemitgliedern aus Musiktheater, Schauspiel und Ballett, Extrachor und Jugendclub auf die Buhne. Die moderne Inszenierung von Thomas Munstermann begeisterte die Kritiker bei der Premiere am 3. Oktober.
